Shadowcat was a member of the X-Men, after a battle against Fabian Cortez when trying to stop Cortez from overloading Wolverines' powers she tried to phase him but was struck by Cortez while she was phasing Wolverine, thus acquired a portion of Wolverine's powers including heightened Senses, limited healing factor as well as one of Wolverine's claws in her right arm. read more
