I think he’s tier 7 (low multi-uni ig) bc he’d transcend his own creation which we know is at least one universe but if you wanna ignore all that he’d be uni+

@yes tier 7 is multi-universal and low multiverse and the verse dose not reach to that level, he only creates one universe so that would make him at least tier 6
