Rainbow Six Siege is the best thing I got for any gamer that likes multiplayer PVP.
But if you want a better shooter than that with PVP and a great story. Easily COD Black Ops 2 I used to play it all the time

CSGO - CS2 (without cheaters problem) i think it's best shooter/fps game in my opinion
