*Dowling is a nasty pastiche of Reed; he is a genius like Reed, but--unlike Reed--he stretches his brain. He controls and has remote control access(after that) to anybody that comes within a 100 feet of him. I am guessing that means unprotected or without the proper inner barriers. The other 3 are similar enough pastiches to their original FF4 counterparts.
