Rey is more fearless and is a very fast learner. Vader did have longer Jedi training but Rey would beat him in force use. Kylo ren also doesn’t need a suit and is great in lightsaber skills and palpatine force lightning is useless

Vader is ruthless and is more experienced but his his suit gives him limitations. He may be more row but Rey beets Vader 90% sure. On the other hand there is kylo and palpatine. Palpatine can’t fight he only uses force lightning. Kylo is row in lightsaber skills and beats palpatine. Rey and kylo wins 90%.
