not voted J'onzz might not be as fast as the others(MIGHT ACTUALLY BE FAST ENOUGH FOR MK), but he has intangibility, heat vision, and telepathy*(that is amongst the very best in DC comics).

*feats are more powerful than Xavier...

not voted Either Superman, Batson, Martian Manhunter, Wonder Woman, Flash, or Jordan solo. There'd be almost nothing side 2 can do to either of them. Subzero or Raiden are the only ones, but likely not fast enough. Though sd 1 cannot go Spd of Light on earth(without also endangering the planet), they are still many, many times Mach speed(speed of sound)*. They would be too fast and/or too invulnerable for them. So, this is obviously, purposely, ridiculously one-sided.

*Flash probably has almost no speed limits even on earth due to the speed force.
