Batman & Brainiac Probably all of then combined they are the most intelligent characters in the comic world besides Dr Manhattan,I didn't want to putt him in their cause it would be a slaughter who ever sides he's on unless all of then had some superpowers,anyway with brainiac teaming up with Batman,I would say they would win....team lex Luther side may be able to come up with something ,but the chances of that are slim as you have 12th level intellect on Batman's side..I may of read somewhere that Lex Luther may have 12 the level as well..would be interesting to see this fight..
