Superman - vs - Meteor Man #

not voted Done in order to give Reed prep, because his powers are maximized with prep time. He can instantly know and do anything in any book for 30 secs(by touching it). And, he can use this repeatedly and with different books, too. Superman is Simon in Meteor Man(a superpowered gang leader). Does he win or does Meteor Man win(having the awareness that Superman does not in Mxyzptlk's intergalactic game)? He could ask for a Bruce Lee book, targeting book(has heat vision on Superman's level), ninja book, self defense book, for example...He cannot ask for a book outside his own universe. To be clear, he was aware of DC and Marvel characters, but that would not help him(as they were comics to him and he has no access to Superman's weaknesses).
