But consistently at the very least he's Island level, can rip Doc Ock's arms which tanked an Island level explosion.

Even Deadpool has an Island level feat. Most street characters in Marvel like Captain America and Wolverine should scale as they fight people like Spider-Man and Deadpool and can tank hits.
